Because I’m a U.S. client, do I convert my bill into Canadian funds?
No. To keep things simple for everyone, we charge U.S. clients in U.S. funds and Canadian clients in Canadian funds.

How Long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on climate and traffic conditions, it takes approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

How fresh is your product?
We use Erb Transport for deliveries across the United States and Canada which keeps the product frozen guaranteeing the diets are fresh upon delivery.

How to store
Just keep the diet frozen until needed, but DO NOT refreeze or use refrozen diets.
